Ordering from our site is as secure as ordering via a phone call or using your credit card in a physical store. La Creme Beauty is happy to ship International orders. Please place your order & we will e-mail you the shipping rate which depends on the weight and size of your package. We normally ship via USPS Airmail. USPS Global Priority Mail, USPS Global Express Mail and FedEx International shipping are also available.

Please note that we can not be held responsible for orders shipped Internationally. We by no means can control the actions of customs. We do retain all shipping receipts for proof of shipment. We have had wonderful luck with overseas shipping via Airmail but there is always the small possibility that customs may retain a package.

RETURN POLICY

At La Crème Beauty we want you to be happy with your purchase so we suggest sampling prior purchasing & to aid in this we always supply samples of your request with every order.


Please note: La Crème Beauty doesn't issue refunds, Boutique or website credit only. If you would like to return a product send us an email (returns@lacremebeauty.com) for return instructions. All returns and/or damage claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your order, so that we can properly handle the situation. It is recommended that all return items be shipped with insurance and a tracking number (FedEx, UPS or USPS insured mail with Delivery Confirmation) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All exchange items must be in new salable condition. Please retain all shipping / insurance receipts. This will aid you in case that the item is damaged or lost in transit on it's way back to us. All returns must be shipped prepaid, we do not except COD. La Creme Beauty does not refund or credit shipping fees, nor will we pay for return shipping of your package.


Candles: La Crème Beauty will be happy to provide an exchange or credit on unused and unopened candles.


Fragrances, Cosmetics, Body & Skin Care Products: Due to the nature of these items we can't accept returns or exchanges on Fragrances, Cosmetics, Body & Skin Care products. The reason being possible product tampering that could or may occur. This policy ensures that all of the products shipped to you are in 100% original condition. Please note this is the standard policy for Cosmetic & Toiletries industry.


Sale Items: Please note that all purchases are final for "Sale" items.
